Terms and conditions

Reservation terms
All reservations must be made either by e-mail, fax, telephone or through our online booking system.
Credit card details are required before any reservation can be considered confirmed (Visa, American Express, Master Card).
Your credit card details are required only as a guarantee for the reservation, 30% in advance and the remaining amount to be settled on the day of departure or in cases where our cancellation policy is applicable.
Only reservations confirmed  by fax or e-mail can be accepted, reservations cannot be confirmed by telephone.  



Cancellation policy
No charge will be debited to your credit card for cancellations received at least 7 days prior to arrival date.
For cancellations made within 7 days from arrival date there will be a one night charge


General information
- Check in from 15.00 to 21.00 (a telephone call informing us of your arrival time would be appreciated)
- Check out 14.00
Children are welcome.

Requested cots are free for children under the age of 2.
Extra beds and cots are available on request.

On request:
• Lunch in conventional restaurant
• Transfer to the airport
• Dinner in conventional restaurant
